We love good vinegar in a salad! Preferably Aceto Balsamico di Modena (red winevinegar from Italy), which is wonderfully mild. This is our standard equipment for hot summer days.
Da machen wir dann z.B. Tomaten mit Mozzarella. Dressing bleibt bei uns nie übrig, das wird ausgetrunken.
A tasty salad we love is Insalata Caprese (tomatoes with mozzarella and basil). Remain dressing will be drunk.
