Jahresprojekt 2025 - Dezember

Stricken für die Spendenkiste 

Mein Jahresprojekt war ja schon im November zu Ende, weil ich die Strickmützen noch am Beginn der kalten Zeit bei einer Spendenorganisation abgeben wollte. Ich habe mich für die Sozialeinrichtung Verein MUT in Wien entschieden (mehr dazu HIER in meinem letzten Post). 
Das Ergebnis: 67 Mützen, 2 Paar Socken, 1 Schal

Knitting for Charity

My year-long project ended back in November because I wanted to donate the knitted hats to a charity before the cold weather started. I chose the social organization Verein MUT in Vienna (more about that HERE in my last post). 
The result: 67 hats, 2 pairs of socks, 1 scarf 

Ich habe nochmal meinen ersten Post zum Projekt gelesen, wo ich noch Zweifel hatte, ob ich denn wirklich durchhalten werde. Ziel war die Wolle, die ich nicht mehr haben wollte, die ich geschenkt bekam oder in dunklen Ecken meines Hauses fand, zu verarbeiten. Wie sich herausstellte, gefiel es mir besonders Mützen zu stricken. Das ging schnell und machte Spaß. Und wie man sieht, habe ich wirklich meine Wollkiste fast geleert. Also Projektziel erreicht ✅

I reread my first post about the project, where I still had doubts about whether I'd actually stick with it. The goal was to use up the yarn I no longer wanted, that I'd been given, or that I'd found in dark corners of my house. As it turned out, I especially enjoyed knitting hats. It was quick and fun. And as you can see, I've practically emptied my yarn stash. So, project goal achieved! ✅
