Leonardo Da Vinci Ausstellung

Gestern besuchten wir eine höchst interessante und schön gestaltete Ausstellung über Leonardo Da Vinci. Und wir sind schwer beeindruckt, was dieser Mann alles in (s)einem Leben geschaffen hat, das unser modernes Leben beeinflusste oder erst möglich machte. Und ich spreche da nicht von seinem Kunstschaffen, sondern von seinen mechanischen Erfindungen. Absolut beeindruckend! Wer Zeit hat, sollte unbedingt reinschauen. Man kann viele mechanische Nachbauten anfassen und ausprobieren, es war auch für unsere 9-jährige nicht langweilig.

Yesterday we visited a very interesting and beautifully designed exhibition on Leonardo Da Vinci. And we were deeply impressed what this man has created in his (one's) life that influenced our modern lives and made it all possible. And I'm talking not of his artistic work, but about his mechanical inventions. Absolutely impressive! If you have time, you should definitely visit the show. You can touch and try out many mechanical reproductions, it was not boring for our 9 year old girlie.
