VORHER - NACHHER
BEFORE - AFTEROur dining room needed a facelift and we did it during the hottest time of the year. It has taken much longer as assumed, but we were convinced by the result. Our house was built in 1880 and at that time it was common practice to insulate the rooms with wooden wall panels. Unfortunately, all painted in dark brown. In the dining room, which is located on the north side, it was always too dark. Four times we had to paint before it finally covered the ground. We painted the wall in pale green and decorated it with a border in orange. Furthermore, two brown cabinets will be replaced by white ones and there will be also new curtains. We enjoy this fresh bright room a lot and I'm looking forward to when everything is ready.
